How do I get a die-cutting quote?
Three ways: ① Call 0755-23009171 for direct consultation; ② Email cs@lsight.com with your drawing, material requirements, and quantity; ③ Submit the online inquiry form on this page. We typically respond within 2–4 hours.
What are typical lead times? Do you support rush orders?
Prototyping: 1–3 business days. Small batch (≤5,000 pcs): 3–5 business days. Large volume: 7–15 business days. Rush orders: as fast as 48 hours. LSIGHT's 6+3 production lines provide ample flexible capacity.
What are prototyping costs? Can they be refunded?
Simple products: ¥100–500; complex multi-layer: ¥500–3,000. Prototyping fees are fully refundable as credit against production orders. First-time customers may qualify for one free prototyping (standard materials).
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (corporate account), Alipay, WeChat Pay. Standard: prototyping — full payment (credited); mass production — 50% deposit + 50% before shipment. Net 30–60 day terms available for long-term customers.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes! Visit us at 2-3F, East Side, No.18 Hengkeng Industrial Avenue, Shiyan Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. Please schedule in advance. Tour our Class 1000 cleanroom, die-cutting lines, and quality inspection lab.
How do you handle quality issues?
All shipments include a COA. Report issues within 7 days for quality analysis. Confirmed issues: free replacement or refund. ISO 9001 system ensures full-process quality control with batch traceability.
