Following our thermal, shielding and anti-counterfeit series, LSIGHT's optical materials die-cutting line is now officially in production. Covering diffuser film, polarizer, AG anti-glare film, AR anti-reflection film and full-black light-blocking film, the line is supported by a Class 1000 cleanroom and precision lamination equipment for shaped cutting and retardation-film bonding.
Optical materials are extremely sensitive to particulate contamination; we have upgraded cleanroom production and light-inspection capabilities to control defects such as bright spots, black spots and light leakage. With this line launched, LSIGHT's full 12-series portfolio is complete, enabling one-stop die-cutting solutions for LCD/OLED modules, automotive displays, industrial touchscreens and medical displays.
